Orders & Checkout
From cart to site, every order tracked at every step.
Once a buyer has found their materials, Build360 makes ordering and tracking straightforward. Add items from one or several dealers to a cart, check out with cash-on-delivery or an online payment, and watch the order move through a clear status timeline from placed to confirmed to dispatched to delivered. Buyers always know where their order is, dealers always know what they need to fulfil, and a cancellation or change is handled cleanly with the right notifications on every side.

Add to cart and check out
Buyers add materials to a cart — even across multiple dealers — review quantities and the delivery address, and place the order in a few taps. The cart calculates the total including any delivery charge, so there are no surprises at the door.
Pay on delivery or online
Build360 is cash-on-delivery first, reflecting how the materials trade actually works — many buyers want to pay when the goods arrive. Online payment is supported for buyers who prefer it. Either way, the money chain is tracked from the buyer to the dealer payout so everyone is accounted for.
Follow the order on a status timeline
Every order has a status timeline — placed, confirmed by the dealer, dispatched with a driver, out for delivery, and delivered. The buyer sees each step as it happens and the dealer sees exactly what stage every order is at, so no one has to call to ask where things stand.
Get notified at every step
Build360 sends the buyer a notification when their order is confirmed, dispatched, and delivered, and notifies the dealer the moment a new order is placed. Persisted, deep-linked notifications mean a tap takes each party straight to the order in question — nothing is missed and nobody is left guessing.
Cancel and refund cleanly
When a buyer or dealer needs to cancel an order, the cancellation captures a reason and routes any refund correctly. Both sides are notified, the order record reflects the outcome, and the marketplace team can see the full history if a dispute needs resolving.
Keep a full order history
Every order a buyer has placed is kept in their account with its items, dealer, amount, and outcome. Reordering past purchases is quick, and the history gives contractors a clean record of what they bought for which project.
