Events & Attendance

Every service and event organised, every head counted.

From weekly Sunday services to annual conferences and mid-week programmes, Faith360 manages the full events calendar for your organisation. Create events, open registrations where needed, handle check-in on the day, and build up an attendance record over time that shows how your congregation is engaging. Recurring schedules mean routine services are created once and run themselves.

1

Schedule services and events

Create any type of event — Sunday service, midweek prayer, youth meeting, special programme, outreach — with a date, time, location, and description. All events appear on the shared calendar so staff, leaders, and ministry coordinators see what is coming without asking anyone.

2

Set up recurring schedules

Sunday service happens every week; midweek prayer happens every Wednesday. Define a recurring pattern once and Faith360 generates the instances automatically, saving staff from creating the same event fifty-two times a year. Exceptions — a cancelled service, a changed venue — are handled on the individual instance without touching the template.

3

Open and manage registrations

For events with limited capacity or where a headcount matters in advance — conferences, retreats, seminars — enable registration and share a link. Members register themselves; staff see the list grow in real time and close registrations when full. Confirmation notifications go out automatically.

4

Check in on the day

On the day of the event, staff or volunteers use the check-in tool to mark members present as they arrive — by search, by scanning a QR code, or by working through the registration list. The running total updates live so leaders always know how many are in the room.

5

Track attendance trends over time

Attendance counts accumulate into a history that leadership can review by period, event type, or service. Trends over months and years answer the questions that matter — is the congregation growing, which programmes draw the most engagement, and are key members showing up consistently.

6

Manage children and family check-in

Children’s ministry check-in is handled with care: children are linked to their household, a guardian must check them out, and the record shows who collected each child. The process is fast enough for a busy Sunday morning and accountable enough for safeguarding requirements.
