Build rich, detailed member profiles
Each member record holds the full picture: full name, contact details, date of birth, occupation, and any custom fields your organisation adds. Staff update profiles from the directory, and changes are immediately visible to anyone with access. There is no secondary system to keep in sync.
Group members into households
Create household records and link every family member to them — parents, children, extended family. The household view shows all members at a glance, making pastoral visits, communications, and family-level giving much simpler to manage. A family joining together is enrolled as a unit from the start.
Track membership status through its lifecycle
Members move through clear statuses — Visitor, Prospective, Active, Inactive — and the directory reflects each transition. Administrators can filter by status to see exactly who needs follow-up, who has lapsed, and who the fully committed core of the congregation is at any point in time.
