Shares & Dividends
Member ownership, tracked and rewarded.
Members own the cooperative through their shares. SACCO360 tracks share capital per member — whether allocated automatically at registration or purchased later — and surfaces it in the member's own portal alongside their savings. When the cooperative distributes surplus, dividends are declared and attributed to members against their holdings.

Allocate shares at registration
Configure an initial share count and price per unit, and new members are allocated shares automatically on approval — with the cost folded into their registration payment and posted to share capital in the ledger.
Sell shares on demand
Members can buy additional shares at any time. Each holding records the count and value, and the purchase posts to share capital so ownership and accounting stay in step.
Declare and attribute dividends
When the cooperative distributes surplus, dividends are declared and attributed to members in proportion to their holdings, then surfaced in each member's portal so they can see what they earned.
