Store documents against the matter
Every file uploaded to Law360 is attached to a matter, categorised, and immediately accessible to everyone on the matter team. No shared folders to navigate, no email attachments to track down — the document is where the matter is.
Track versions without managing filenames
Upload a revised draft and Law360 records it as a new version of the same document, preserving every prior version with its upload date and author. Nobody needs to name files "final_v3_revised_ACTUAL.docx" ever again.
Generate documents from templates
Build a library of precedents — retainer letters, standard pleadings, demand notices, board resolutions — and stamp out a populated draft from a matter record in seconds. Client name, matter reference, dates, and party details fill in automatically from the matter data.
Share files securely without email attachments
Generate a secure, time-limited sharing link for a specific document or a bundle of files. Recipients receive access to exactly what you shared — not the whole matter file — and the link expires automatically so access does not linger after the purpose is served.
