Fundraising Campaigns
From appeal to impact — managed in one place.
Fundraising happens across many channels and at many moments in the year. Nonprofit360 brings them together: you plan a campaign or appeal, configure its goal and designated fund, open it to online and mobile-money donations, track pledges, and watch the progress bar move in real time. When the campaign closes, every gift sits in the donor’s giving history and in the correct fund in your accounts.

Launch a campaign in minutes
Create a campaign with a name, goal amount, start and end dates, and a designated fund or programme it supports. Campaigns can be public-facing fundraising drives, internal annual appeals, or emergency relief pushes — the type shapes the defaults, but the workflow is the same.
Accept online and mobile-money donations
Donors give online through the campaign’s donation link, and mobile-money payments are matched and posted automatically. Every successful gift updates the campaign total and the donor’s giving record without any manual reconciliation.
Record and follow up pledges
Supporters who commit to give later are recorded as pledges against the campaign. Open pledges are tracked separately from received gifts, with the fulfilment status visible so your team knows who to follow up with and when. Fulfilled pledges post to giving history exactly as a direct gift would.
Track progress in real time
The campaign dashboard shows raised against goal, number of donors, average gift size, and a timeline of incoming gifts — so the team always knows whether an appeal is on track without running a report.
Run multiple simultaneous appeals
Larger organisations run several campaigns at once — an annual fund, an emergency appeal, and a capital project alongside each other. Each has its own pipeline, progress, and designated fund, and the organisation-level view shows all of them at a glance.
Report on appeal performance
When a campaign closes, pull a summary of total raised, donor acquisition and retention, channel breakdown, pledge fulfilment rate, and cost of fundraising. Use it internally for board reporting or feed the numbers directly into a grant narrative.
