Front Desk
Every arrival smooth, every departure clean.
The front desk is the face of the property. Hospitality360 gives reception staff everything they need for a fast, professional check-in — the day’s arrivals pre-loaded, guest profiles to hand, room assignment on the calendar, and ID capture without paperwork. Checkout is equally clean: the folio is complete, charges from F&B and other outlets are already posted, and the balance is settled in one action.

Start the shift with today’s arrivals and departures
The front desk opens on a live arrivals and departures list — every booking due today, sorted by expected time, with booking source, room type, and pre-arrival notes visible at a glance. Nothing is missed and the team is prepared before the first guest walks in.
Check guests in quickly
Pull up the reservation, confirm the guest’s details, assign a room, capture the ID, and check in with a single confirm action. The room status flips to occupied on the housekeeping board and the folio opens for charges.
Build and use guest profiles
Every guest who stays builds a profile over time — contact details, stay history, preferences, and notes from previous visits. Returning guests are recognised on arrival and their profile is attached to the new reservation so the team can greet them with context.
Assign rooms with the live room board
Room assignment pulls from the same live room status board that housekeeping uses, so the front desk only assigns rooms that are clean and inspected. If a room is still being serviced, a different available room can be offered without guessing.
Capture IDs and guest documentation
Record the guest’s National ID or passport number, nationality, and any other documentation required by property policy or local regulation. The captured data is stored on the guest profile and the stay record for audit purposes.
Manage folios and post charges
The guest folio accumulates every charge during the stay — room rate, F&B, minibar, extras — all posted automatically from the relevant outlet. Staff can view, split, adjust, or add manual charges at any time before checkout.
Check guests out and settle the bill
At checkout, the front desk reviews the finalised folio with the guest, applies any deposit already on file, and settles the balance by cash, card, or transfer. The room status returns to vacant on the housekeeping board the moment checkout completes.
