See what is available at a glance

The availability calendar shows every room and room type across the property in a single timeline view, colour-coded by status — available, occupied, or blocked. Front desk staff and reservations agents work from the same live picture so no room is double-booked and inventory decisions are made on accurate data.

Create bookings for walk-ins and phone reservations

Capture a new reservation in seconds — select the room type and dates, enter the guest’s name and contact, choose a rate plan, and the room is blocked off on the calendar immediately. The booking form validates availability in real time so you cannot overbook a room type.

Handle channel bookings in one register

Reservations coming in from online channels are captured in the same booking register as direct reservations. Each booking carries its source so occupancy reports and channel performance data are ready without manual consolidation.

Manage group and event bookings

Group reservations — conferences, tour groups, wedding blocks — are created as a single booking with multiple rooms, a shared group folio, and individual guest records underneath. The system tracks the group’s room block, releases unused rooms on cut-off, and bills at the negotiated group rate.

Collect deposits and prepayments

Require a deposit at booking time and record payments against the reservation before the guest arrives. Deposits post to the guest folio and are deducted automatically at checkout, so the front desk never has to reconcile pre-arrival payments by hand.

Modify and cancel without losing the audit trail

Date changes, room type upgrades, and cancellations are all handled from the existing reservation record. The original booking terms are preserved in the history, cancellation fees post to the folio, and the freed room returns to inventory immediately.

Send booking confirmations automatically

Guests receive a confirmation with their booking reference, room details, check-in time, and deposit status as soon as the booking is saved. Pre-arrival reminders can be sent closer to the date to reduce no-shows.
