Revenue & Rate Management

The right rate for the right room on the right night.

Revenue management is where smart pricing turns occupancy into profit. Hospitality360 lets you define multiple rate plans, apply seasonal and promotional pricing, and monitor occupancy across room types in real time. Reports give you the numbers — RevPAR, occupancy rate, ADR — so you can see what is working and adjust. No separate revenue management software, no exporting to spreadsheets.

1

Configure rate plans for every segment

Define rate plans for your key segments — rack rate, corporate, advance purchase, government, and group — each with its own pricing, conditions, and cancellation policy. Reservations agents and channel managers apply the right plan at booking time and the correct rate flows through to the folio.

2

Apply seasonal pricing across the calendar

Define high, shoulder, and low seasons and set room type prices per season. When a reservation falls in a period, it picks up the correct seasonal rate automatically — no manual overrides, no missed rate changes.

3

Monitor occupancy by room type in real time

The occupancy monitor shows how many rooms are available, on-hold, and occupied by room type for any date range you choose. Spot the nights where you are running thin on standard rooms while suites are empty, and decide whether to open or close rate plans accordingly.

4

Run promotional rates for special periods

Create time-limited promotional rates — advance-purchase discounts, weekend packages, long-stay specials — with start and end dates and applicable room types. When the promotion period ends, the rate plan closes automatically without anyone having to remember to switch it off.

5

Report on key revenue metrics

Standard revenue reports give you occupancy percentage, average daily rate, and revenue per available room by period, room type, and channel. Export the report or view it in the dashboard to track performance against prior periods.

6

Set rate restrictions to protect yield

Attach minimum length-of-stay, closed-to-arrival, or minimum advance-purchase restrictions to a rate plan or a specific date. Restrictions are enforced at the time of booking so the reservations team cannot accidentally accept a one-night booking on a date you have protected for longer stays.
