See the whole day on a stylist calendar

The calendar shows a column for each working stylist and a row for each time slot, with every booking placed against the stylist who will perform it. Bookings are colour-coded by service so the front desk can read the day at a glance. Switch between day, week, and individual stylist views to plan the schedule the way that suits the moment.

Book without ever double-booking

When staff create a booking, the system checks the stylist's availability and the chair or room required for the service. A slot that is already taken cannot be booked again, and a stylist on leave or off-shift does not appear as available. Double-bookings — the classic source of salon chaos — simply cannot happen.

Clients book their own appointments from a shareable online booking page — they pick a service, choose a stylist or let the salon assign one, and select from the genuinely free slots. When a walk-in arrives, staff find the next free slot for the requested service and book them in seconds.
