Point of Sale
Scan, collect, receipt — in seconds, every time.
The checkout experience sets the tone for every customer visit. Retail360’s point-of-sale interface is built for speed: scan a barcode and the item lands on the ticket, add a discount in one tap, accept payment by cash, mobile money, card, or any combination, and print or send the receipt before the next customer steps up. Held sales, layaway, and end-of-shift reconciliation are all built in — no separate app required.

Scan items in seconds
Connect any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner and items appear on the sale ticket the instant you scan. For items without a barcode, type the code or name and pick from the search results. The till never slows down the queue.
Accept any payment method
Collect cash, card, mobile money (MTN, Airtel, and others), or any combination in a single transaction. The system calculates change for cash, logs the reference for mobile payments, and records every method separately so end-of-day reconciliation is straightforward.
Split and hold sales
A customer not ready to pay yet? Park the sale, serve the next person, and recall it when they return. Split payments across multiple customers or across multiple sessions — the system keeps each ticket’s state until it is settled or cancelled.
Apply discounts and promotions
Cashiers can apply line-level or basket-level discounts within the limits their role permits. Managers set the maximum discount a cashier can give without further approval, so margins are protected without making every discount a conversation.
Print, email, or send receipts
Receipts print to a connected receipt printer the moment a sale is completed. If the customer prefers, send the receipt by email or SMS directly from the checkout screen — useful for customers who will claim expenses.
Serve walk-ins and account customers alike
Ring up anonymous walk-in sales without any lookup, or search for a customer account and attach the sale to their profile in one step. Loyalty points are credited and store-credit balances are available as a payment method as soon as the account is selected.
Handle end-of-shift close
When a cashier finishes their shift, the system presents their opening float, recorded sales, and expected closing balance. They declare their actual cash count and the system flags any variance — giving supervisors a clear, timestamped record of every shift.
