Monitor enrolment and retention
The enrolment dashboard shows current headcount by grade, gender, and boarding status, and tracks how enrolment has moved term over term and year over year. Retention rates — the proportion of students continuing from one academic year to the next — surface early enough to prompt outreach before families make a final decision.
Analyse academic performance by class and subject
The academic performance report shows pass rates, average scores, and grade distributions by class, stream, and subject for any examination period. Principals see which classes or subjects are underperforming and can investigate the reasons — teacher allocation, attendance, or resource gaps — before the next term.
Track fee collection in real time
The fee collection summary shows expected income against receipts for the current term, broken down by class, fee component, and payment channel. Bursars see the collection rate at any point in the term; management see which classes have the most arrears and can target follow-up before the term closes.
Review attendance rates across the school
Attendance dashboards display the whole-school attendance rate alongside class-level breakdowns and a list of students with attendance below your configured threshold. Report on staffing, leave, and payroll
The staff reports section covers headcount by department and contract type, leave balances and utilisation, and monthly payroll summaries by department. The payroll cost report gives school management a view of the staff bill each month without waiting for the accountant to compile it manually.
Export data for governors and regulators
Every report in Edu360 can be exported to PDF for formal submission, Excel for further analysis, or CSV for integration with district-level data systems. Export history is logged so you can confirm what was submitted and when, which is important when a district education office requests a figure you submitted last term.
