Supplies & Machines
Always stocked, always running.
Running out of detergent in the middle of the day or discovering a machine is out of service when the wash queue is backed up are the kinds of problems that damage customer confidence. Laundromat360 tracks your consumable supplies — detergents, softeners, stain removers, plastic bags, and hangers — with reorder points so you are never caught short. A machine register logs every piece of equipment with its service history and usage, and maintenance records give you the information you need to decide when a machine needs attention.

Track consumable supplies with reorder points
Create a record for every consumable — washing powder, liquid detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, dry-cleaning solvent, plastic bags, wire hangers, tissue paper — with a current stock quantity and a reorder point. When stock falls below the reorder level, an alert appears in the dashboard so the manager can raise a purchase before the item runs out.
Record stock receipts and adjustments
When a delivery of supplies arrives, log the received quantities against the relevant items and stock levels update immediately. Manual adjustments — for spillage, theft, or a stock count correction — are recorded with a reason and a timestamp so the usage history stays accurate and any unexplained shrinkage is visible over time.
Maintain a machine register
Register every washing machine, dryer, dry-cleaning cabinet, pressing machine, and other equipment with its make, model, serial number, installation date, and location. The register is the single source of truth for your equipment fleet, and every maintenance event is attached to the relevant machine record rather than living in a paper logbook.
Log maintenance and service events
Record every service event on a machine — routine service, breakdown repair, part replacement, or cleaning cycle — with the date, technician, description, and cost. The maintenance history lets you spot machines that are breaking down frequently and building a case for replacement before a major failure disrupts the operation.
Track machine usage by load count
Each time a batch is assigned to a specific machine, the system increments the machine's load count. Over time the usage log shows which machines are running the heaviest workloads and helps you schedule preventive maintenance on cycle count rather than waiting for a breakdown.
Flag machines as out of service
When a machine breaks down or enters a service window, mark it out of service. The processing board reflects the reduced capacity immediately and staff stop assigning new batches to the offline machine. When repairs are complete and the machine is returned to service, the flag clears and capacity is restored. Downtime is recorded against the machine's service history.
