Build your complete service catalogue

Create as many services as your business offers — wash and fold, dry cleaning, hand washing, ironing and pressing, starching, steam treatment, duvet washing, and any specialty service unique to your operation. Each service has a name, description, processing stage sequence, and default turnaround so it behaves consistently every time it is selected at intake.

Price by item or by kilogram

Wash and fold is typically charged by weight, while dry cleaning is charged per item. Laundromat360 supports both modes on the same order. Configure each service to price per kilogram, per piece, or per lot, and the intake screen switches its input accordingly — staff enter the weight or the count and the total calculates instantly.

Add express surcharges automatically

Express orders earn a surcharge — either a flat fee or a percentage on top of the standard price. Configure the surcharge once on each service and the system applies it whenever an order is marked express at intake. No manual calculation, no inconsistency between staff members charging different amounts for the same urgency.

Offer stain treatment and care add-ons

Stain treatment, waterproofing spray, fabric softener upgrade, and other add-ons can be configured as line additions to any service. Staff select the add-ons that apply during intake, each one adds its own price line to the ticket, and the customer sees exactly what they are paying for. Add-ons are optional and stackable, so a single garment can carry multiple treatments.

Create price lists for account customers

Hotels, offices, and other account customers often negotiate rates different from your walk-in prices. Create named price lists with custom rates per service and assign each price list to the relevant account. When staff select an account customer at intake, the negotiated rates apply automatically — no remembering who gets what discount.

Apply promotional discounts

Run seasonal promotions, loyalty discounts, or introductory offers by configuring a percentage or flat discount on specific services for a date range. Discounts apply automatically during the promotion window without staff needing to remember or manually enter a code. Every discounted order records which promotion applied so you can measure uptake accurately.
