Reports & Analytics
Measure what matters and manage what you can see.
Running a laundry business on intuition alone means problems hide in plain sight — a service that sounds popular but barely covers its costs, a processing stage that consistently delays orders, a peak hour that overwhelms the floor while afternoons are empty. Laundromat360 collects data on every order, every service, and every stage transition, and surfaces it through reports that answer the questions owners actually ask. Revenue by service, turnaround performance, peak periods, customer trends, and outstanding order backlogs are all available without any manual data work.

Measure revenue by service type
The revenue-by-service report breaks your total income down by service for any date range — wash and fold, dry cleaning, ironing, delivery fees, and everything else. Compare this month to last month or this quarter to the same quarter last year. See which services generate the most revenue and which generate the most volume, because the two are not always the same.
Analyse turnaround-time performance
For every completed order, the system knows the intake time, the ready time, and the promised due date. The turnaround report shows average processing time by service type, the percentage of orders completed on time, and the distribution of delays by stage. If orders are consistently late after the ironing stage, the data shows it — and you can act before customers start complaining.
Identify your busiest periods
The peak-period report shows order volume by hour of day and day of week. See when your counter is busiest, when the processing floor runs at capacity, and when collection peaks. Schedule staff around actual demand patterns rather than gut feel, and adjust your express turnaround windows to be realistic during peak hours.
Surface outstanding and unclaimed orders
Orders sitting in Ready status for more than a configured number of days are listed in the unclaimed report with the customer's contact details and the number of days elapsed. Outstanding payment balances appear in the same view. Both lists support one-tap SMS reminders so follow-up is a matter of seconds, not a manual task for each entry.
Track customer trends over time
The customer trend report shows new customers acquired per month, returning customer frequency, average order value over time, and retention rate. See whether your loyalty programme is increasing visit frequency, which months bring the most new customers, and which customer segments are growing or shrinking. The data turns customer management from reactive to intentional.
Export reports for external use
Every report in Laundromat360 can be exported to CSV or PDF with a single click. Hand the revenue breakdown to your accountant, share the turnaround analysis with your operations team, or present the customer growth chart in your next business review. The data leaves the system in a format that works in any tool — no manual compilation required.
