Hitaji 360 Academy is the platform's built-in training product — structured courses, multi-course learning paths, and a searchable how-to library that teaches people to use Hitaji 360's modules without ever leaving the app or hunting through a third-party help centre. Content is organised as Learning Paths containing Courses containing Lessons, each lesson delivered as video, a guided walkthrough, a written article, or a hands-on exercise, tagged with a duration and a difficulty level so a new hire can see exactly what a twenty-minute onboarding path actually commits them to before they start. Progress is tracked per user, per lesson, on the server — self-scoped so nobody can see or tamper with anyone else's — and surfaces as a personalised "continue learning" rail on return visits. Course checklists go a step further than a simple completion tracker: each checklist item links straight to the in-app action it teaches, turning a lesson on creating a task into a guided tour that ends with the learner having actually created one. A global how-to index, searchable straight from the in-app command palette, handles the quick "how do I…" questions that do not need a full course, and premium lessons carry a tier badge so advanced content is clearly marked without being hidden from view.

Paths, courses, and lessons — structured, not a video dump
A Learning Path is a multi-course track aimed at a specific audience and level, with an estimated total time so a learner knows what they are committing to. Each path breaks into Courses, and each course into individual Lessons, giving new hires a guided sequence to follow rather than an unsorted library of unrelated videos to figure out on their own.
Four lesson formats for four kinds of learning
A lesson can be a video, a guided step-by-step walkthrough, a written article, or a hands-on exercise, each tagged with a duration and a beginner, intermediate, or advanced difficulty level. A quick concept fits a short article; a new workflow fits a walkthrough; a skill that needs practice fits a hands-on exercise — the format matches what is actually being taught.
Progress that actually resumes where you left off
Every lesson's completion state is tracked server-side, per user, self-scoped so it is never visible to or editable by anyone else. Returning to the Academy hub shows a personalised "continue learning" rail built from real progress data, not a guess — pick up the third lesson of a course exactly where the video was paused, weeks later, on a different device.

Not every question deserves a full course. A global, searchable How-To index — accessible straight from the in-app command palette — answers task-based "how do I…" questions in seconds, tagged to the specific product or module they cover, so a quick answer never requires interrupting a course to go find it.
A real authoring suite behind the scenes
Content teams get a full course and path builder, a moderation queue for learner questions and comments, analytics on completion and engagement, and team-management tools for who can author what — so the Academy's content stays current with the product instead of drifting stale the way most in-app help systems do.
