Hitaji Office brings a full collaborative document suite — Hitaji Docs, Hitaji Sheets, and Hitaji Slides — directly into the platform, built on a professional embedded editor rather than a lightweight text box pretending to be a word processor. Every document lives as a real file in Drive, personal or organisation, inheriting the same sharing and permission model rather than a separate one bolted on for office files. Multiple people can open the same document and see each other's cursors move in real time, with edit and view modes, comment and download permissions, and print controls all configurable per session. A version history panel keeps every save as a restorable snapshot, distraction-free full-screen mode strips away everything but the document itself, and a Google Workspace import means an organisation's existing library of Docs, Sheets, and Slides becomes native Hitaji Office files without anyone re-typing a thing.

Three products, one editor
Hitaji Docs, Hitaji Sheets, and Hitaji Slides each get their own dedicated home with a "New document / spreadsheet / presentation" flow, so starting a piece of work is never a matter of guessing which generic "new file" button produces which file type. Every one of the three opens in the same embedded, professional-grade editor, so switching between a spreadsheet and a slide deck never means switching mental models.
Real-time co-editing that actually feels real-time
Multiple people can have the same document open and editing simultaneously, with each collaborator's cursor visible in a distinct colour and their changes appearing on every other screen within moments. Presence tokens and a server-controlled heartbeat manage concurrent-editor slots on personal documents, so the system always knows who is actually active in a file right now, not just who has it open in a stale browser tab.
Granular session permissions
Every editing session carries its own permission flags for edit, comment, download, print, and review, independent of the underlying file's Drive-level sharing. A document can be shared for editing generally while a specific link is generated as view-only and non-downloadable, without creating a second copy of the file to manage separately.
Version history and one-click restore
Every saved state is kept as a timestamped, named-editor version in a browsable history panel. Restoring an earlier version does not overwrite the timeline — it adds the restoration as a new entry, so a document's full history is always intact even after someone reverts a mistake three versions back.
Full-screen, distraction-free editing
A single click strips away the surrounding application chrome to leave just the document and its toolbar, with an auto-hiding exit control so the interface disappears until you actually need to leave. Renaming a document happens in place, without a separate dialog interrupting the flow of work.
Opens the formats you already have
The embedded editor opens Word-family formats (docx, doc, odt, rtf), spreadsheet formats (xlsx, xls, csv, ods), and presentation formats (pptx, ppt, odp) directly, so an organisation's existing file library does not need converting before anyone can collaborate on it inside Hitaji 360.
Import from Google Workspace
Existing Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files import directly into Hitaji Office as native, fully editable documents — not flattened PDFs or read-only snapshots — so a team moving off Google Workspace keeps working the same day rather than losing a week to file conversion.
